1.Marketing Company of the Year – Companies founded and established in the Philippines, marketing an original Filipino brand (at least 51% Filipino ownership) with a minimum of 10 years of operations.
2.Outstanding Achievement in Advocacy Marketing – Filipino-owned companies or corporations that have institutionalized Advocacy Marketing programs running for at least three (3) years, with regular Filipino beneficiaries.
1.Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship – The nominee must be the owner/partner of a business that has shown exemplary growth and performance in sales, market share and profitability. There are three sub-categories based on asset size, gross revenue, and length of operations: Large Scale, Medium Scale, and Small Scale.
2.Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management – The nominee must be the Chief Marketing Officer/Executive of a company for at least three (3) years. The company must have shown exemplary growth and performance in sales, market share, and profitability under the nominee’s leadership.
3.Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Communications –The nominee must be the Chief Marketing Officer/Executive of a Marketing Communications company for at least three (3) years. The company must be involved in above-the-line, below-the-line, digital and relevant media, and the nominee must have significantly contributed to the growth of their clients’ businesses.
4.Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Education – The nominee must be a faculty member teaching Marketing for at least five (5) years in a duly accredited and recognized educational institution in the Philippines. The nominee must have made relevant contributions to Marketing Education through research and publications.
5.Outstanding Achievement in Overseas Marketing – The nominee must be a Filipino marketing executive holding a regional or global position for a minimum of three (3) years. The company must have shown exemplary growth and performance in sales, market share, and profitability under the nominee’s leadership.
6.Outstanding Achievement in Export Marketing – The nominee must be the owner/Chief Executive Officer/Chief Marketing Officer of a 100% Filipino owned direct exporting company marketing his/her brand overseas for at least three (3) years.

3.The AGORA Committee shall be the operating body of the project and reserves the right to decide on any issue that may arise in connection with the above rules.
4.The Screening Executive Council shall conduct a preliminary selection of the nominees as finalists for consideration by the Board of Judges.
5.The Board of Judges is composed of past AGORA winners. They shall be convened for deliberation and final selection of winners. Their decision is final.
6.The results of the final selection by the judges are confidential and will only be revealed to the public during the Awards Night.
7.All data and information submitted in connection with The AGORA shall be kept confident.
